The apartment was just darling with its antique furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The friendly host, Nicola, gave great recommendations and even helped us with our luggage. A fantastic location, close to everything.

We had a such great stay in Venice very close to the Grand Canal, Casino and San Marcuola boat station and main attractions. It was great and absolutely perfect close to the San Marcuola vaporetto stop.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautifully decorated and clean apartment in a central location. The host personally met us and explained everything. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend Ca' Derai. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment at Ca' Derai was fantastic! It had an air-conditioned room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a full-sized refrigerator and a stovetop. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, perfect for our family. The bathroom had a large shower, which was great. We also appreciated the option to request a crib for our little one.

The only thing I didn't love was the view from the apartment. It's just a subjective opinion, as others might still find enjoyment in the view.

The apartment was in a great spot, close to all the action and with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. We loved being able to explore the area and try out different eateries. the apartment itself was clean and the bathroom was lovely, providing a comfortable space for us to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The air conditioning was a major disappointment. It barely worked and left us sweating during the hot summer nights, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The towels provided at Ca' Derai were of great quality and ensured a refreshing experience. , the facilities at the hotel were well-maintained and offered a sense of luxury without being overly extravagant. The attention to detail in the layout and design of the rooms was apparent, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

One minor drawback was the lack of information regarding ongoing construction work in the apartment above the property.

Excellent location, quiet apartment, clean but basic. Friendly and helpful owner met us at the train station and provided helpful recommendations. Spacious with two large bedrooms, perfect for families. Good part of town, close to supermarkets and restaurants, with easy access to water bus. Will definitely return!
